"As an employee of Eugene Burger Management Corporation, my responsibility included management supervision of the Rotary Plaza Apartments.
The apartment complex included 181 residential living units housed in two buildings. The history of the property included some 14 years of chronic lateral water penetration problems. Some $500,000.00 had been spent during that period of time on a variety of attempted solutions to the water penetration problems. No successes were realized.
Mr. Miller [the CEO of ARC] reviewed our problems and advised that there was no one particular problem and no one particular solution. We had, rather, a number of different water penetration problems requiring a number of different solutions.
Mr. Miller developed a comprehensive strategy for addressing each problem with a solution and implemented the strategy successfully.
