Gary Miller graduated from Long Beach State University and did graduate work in Vocational Counseling at UCSB before moving into construction, restoration and waterproofing. ARC, originally called Architectural Coatings, was founded in 1981 and focused primarily on waterproofing. As the years went by, and after hundreds of repair and restoration projects, Gary realized that intelligent repair and restoration with the "eye of a waterproofer" created a way to offer property owners and managers a complete and lasting solution for all of their repair, restoration and waterproofing problems.

Along with a strong background in all areas of construction, restoration and waterproofing, Gary provides both the vision and guidance needed to expand and grow ARC.

Tim brings 35+ years of management experience in the construction industry to the expanding ARC team. His background features strong experience in all phases of building and repair, both residential and commercial. He headed his own solar and construction company for many years. Tim's extensive estimating, problem solving, and construction management skills provide ARC with a solid platform for successful growth.

With over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing program design and business development, Dick fields substantial relationship-building skills to the ongoing job of bringing in construction projects. Originally trained to become a professor -- receiving the MA and completing all coursework for the Ph.D. in International Politics and Economics at UCSB -- Dick went into business instead. His marketing management experience includes executive positions in construction and construction related companies and serves ARC well.
